BOOKING REQUIREMENTS AND PAYMENTS:

I do not charge a deposit! However, a valid debit or credit card is required to secure your appointment. Cash, Any major debit or credit card, CashApp, After-pay or Cherry flexible payment plans Are accepted.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING:

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that can cause you to postpone/reschedule your procedure; however, please understand that such changes affect not only myself; the technician, but other clients as well.

If you must reschedule your appointment, a minimum 24 hour advance notice is required.

Clients who DO NOT show up at their scheduled time, cancel within 24 hours of their appointment or NO SHOW, will automatically be charged 50% of the service.

PRICING POLICY:

Prices are subject to change at our artists discretion.

LATENESS:

Please try your hardest to not be late for you appointment. WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RUSH PERFECTION! Being late to your appointment not only affects your current appointment but those who follow. Thank you for understanding.

NO GUESTS PLEASE:

Due to the nature of our detailed services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment.

TOUCH-UPS:

Your Perfecting Session should be booked for 6 weeks and no later than 8 weeks following your first session. This session is crucial for the best results. Additional Touch-Up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with dark pigmented skin and people who do not follow after care instructions properly.

EXISTING BROW TATTOOS:

If your brows have been previouly tattooed, microbladed, micropigmented, ombre powder buy another professional please understand that you can not book an appoinment without having had a consultation or an approval beforehand. Schedule a complimentry consultaion or email/text clear photos of you bare face to be considered. Thank you for understanding.

GRATUITIES

They are not required but welcomed, of course. :)

IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS:

PMU is a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) following all Pre & Post Care Instructions are crucial! Pre-Care Instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.

NON REFUNDABLE SERVICE:

All services rendered by Microblading Lounge are provided on a non-refundable basis. This includes, but is not limited to, all deposits, all PMU services, tattoos, permanent jewelry.
